Terms of Service

Welcome to Tripeaz. These terms are a plain-language agreement between you and the individual developer who runs Tripeaz ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them; if you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. What Tripeaz is

Tripeaz is a free, collaborative trip-planning tool provided as a personal project. It is not a travel agency, booking service, or professional travel advisor. Itineraries are things you and your collaborators write — always verify bookings, opening hours, transport schedules, and travel requirements with the actual providers.

2. Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your credentials to yourself.
• You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.

3. Your content

Your itineraries belong to you. By using the app you grant us the limited rights needed to operate it — storing your content, syncing it between devices, and showing it to the people you share it with. We claim no other rights over your content.

Don't use Tripeaz to store or share content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful, and don't attempt to disrupt, probe, or overload the service.

4. Share links

Share links grant access to anyone who holds them. You are responsible for who you give links to; we are not responsible for what people you shared a trip with do with its contents.

5. The service is provided "as is"

TRIPEAZ IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED — including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or that data will never be lost. This is a free personal project: features may change, break, or be discontinued at any time without notice. Keep your own copies of information you can't afford to lose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including missed flights, lost bookings, travel disruptions, or lost data — arising from your use of the app. Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to use Tripeaz: zero.

7. Termination

You can stop using Tripeaz at any time and request deletion of your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the service, and may discontinue the service itself.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
